We offer a 10 year guarantee on all our domestic products, with no charge for work undertaken under the terms and duration of the guarantee.

We are members of all the major industry schemes and groups, including the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), FENSA, the Council for Aluminium in Building and the government’s Trust Mark scheme. All of our products are also CE marked, which means it meets European manufacturing standards (a mandatory requirement for all windows sold since 1st July 2013). ISO 9001, CHAS.

11. Sustainability
We are working closely with Technal (part of the Hydro Group) to strengthen our sustainability credentials. We have already become accredited for closed loop recycling of our aluminium and also recycle our PVCu. There is much work still to do and we are firmly focussed on continuing this journey.
