Remote Quotations

In order to keep everyone safe we are currently quoting remotely. We can still visit a property to carry out a survey if necessary and will complete this using strict Covid19 secure practices, however the remainder of the sales process will be carried out away from your home. When you make an enquiry you will be asked to supply as much information as possible over the phone, by email, Zoom etc. Generally this will be enough for us to be able to complete a quotation for you. We may ask you to supply measurements yourself but rest assured that if the work goes ahead we will still carry out a full on site survey before we start manufacturing (occasionally we do agree sizes for new openings without a survey where appropriate). Our staff will be able to offer expert guidance on how to measure and the details that we need.

A full range of brochures can be provided electronically or sent in the post and our helpful, friendly and experienced team are on hand to answer your questions during normal office hours. We can also send you a bespoke video of products in our showroom where relevant. We know that this does all seem a little impersonal however at this very difficult time we need to make sure that everyone is safe. We will assess each enquiry individually and make sure that the quality and accuracy of our quote is still first class as normal.
